Here are the chat rules for the CPEC Chat:

Rules of CPEC Chat
If you smile spam, it will result in a kick.  
If you cuss, it will result in a 1 hour ban.
If you beg/ask for mod, you will be kicked the first time, then after that banned for 2 hours.
If you lie about the location of a Famous Penguin (ex. Rockhopper), you will be banned for 1 hours.
If explicit content is advertised, like a link, it will result in a 4 hour ban.
If you beg/ask for owner, you will be kicked the first time, then after that banned for 4 hours.
